Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
Inviteswale sells digital products (customized invitation images). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been completed.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your download failed due to a technical error on our side.
- You were charged but did not receive a download link.
- You received a corrupted or incorrect file due to a system error.
You must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to be eligible.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Typos or incorrect information submitted in the invitation form — please review carefully before payment.
- Change of mind after successful download.
- Invitations that have already been downloaded and shared.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@inviteswale.com within 24 hours of your purchase with:
- Your order ID
- The email address used during checkout
- A description of the issue
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. PhonePe processing times may vary.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.
