1. Service Description

Inviteswale is a digital invitation creation platform that allows users to customize and download Marathi invitation cards and videos for personal celebrations.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your invitation.
• You are responsible for reviewing all details before making a payment.
• Inviteswale is not responsible for typos, incorrect names, dates, or venues entered by the user.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent to use this service.

3. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded invitation for your personal celebration only.

• Downloaded invitations are for personal use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the downloaded files.
• You may not claim the design as your own creative work.

4. Intellectual Property

All invitation templates, designs, and platform code are the intellectual property of Inviteswale. The personalized content (your names, dates, etc.) that you enter belongs to you.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through PhonePe. By making a payment, you agree to PhonePe's terms of service. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inviteswale provides the service “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
